The PIL Innovation Snapshots offer a 2-page overview of each innovative procurement technique. Organized according to the four goals of innovating the procurement process, each snapshot includes a definition, list of benefits, best practices, things to watch out for, links to both internal and external DHS examples, and more. The PIL encourages the Acquisition Workforce to share these snapshots as often as possible. The PIL Innovation Snapshots will be updated regularly.
