During his experience in the hotel industry, Mr. Prado opened the luxurious 5-Star, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Miami. During his 7-year tenure, Mr. Prado contributed and orchestrated the successful opening of five hotels in the US and Asia, including Mandarin Oriental, Miami, Washington DC, New York, Hong Kong, The Legend and The Landmark, Hong Kong.

In his position as Director of Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security, Mr. Prado choreographed the safety and security of all hotel guests, 550 colleagues and the 323-room hotel, located in private Brickell Key.
