Secretary Napolitano traveled to Houston, joining Houston Mayor Annise Parker, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee and Houston Police Department Chief Charles McClelland Jr. to announce a new partnership between the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “If You See Something, Say Something” public awareness campaign and the city of Houston.
