Thomas Winkowski discussed the work of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), particularly the tremendous dedication of our men and women in the field, both at and between our ports of entry. His testimony focused on CBP’s operational efforts that are leveraged to combat narcotics, weapons, and cash smuggling along our borders.
